Creamy Soda Spider - makes 500ml glass
Ingredients
60ml Red Elk Creamy Soda Syrup
340ml soda water
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method
Using a 500ml high ball glass (with enough room for ice cream), pour in Red Elk Creamy Soda and soda water. This makes 400ml of our recommended mixing ratio of 1:5, however you can adjust to your taste. Add one scoop ice cream on top and watch the froth! Serve with a straw and spoon.
