This sweet and hot lemon drink is great to brighten any wet and wintry day. A perfect accompaniment to curling up in a blanket with a good book.
Ingredients
Hot water
Lemon slices to garnish (optional)
Method
Boil the kettle.
While waiting, pour 60ml of Red Elk Lemon Mixing Syrup into your favourite mug.
Pour 200ml hot water into your mug. Stir and garnish, if desired.

Some ideas...
You can keep a bag of frozen lemon slices from the supermarket in the freezer for such an occasion. The frozen lemon slice will cool the lemon drink down a little if it's too hot to drink straight away.
