Melon Ball Punch
1/2 Honeydew melon
275ml Red Elk Lemon Mixing Syrup
175ml Red Elk Elderflower Mixing Syrup
1.25 L Soda water
1 litre jug
Take your melon baller and make melon balls from the watermelon, rockmelon and honeydew. Place melon balls on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil. Place tray in freezer for 2 hours.
When you are ready to serve, thinly slice 1 lime.
Into a 1 litre jug, pour in Red Elk Lemon Mixing Syrup and Red Elk Elderflower Mixing Syrup. Add your frozen melon balls to the jug. (If they all don't fit, save some frozen melon balls as ice cubes for the serving glasses.) Add soda water and stir. Add sliced limes and stir again.
TIP: You can also add fresh chopped mint as a garnish to the jug when you are ready to serve.
