The ‘Miss Lemonchilla’ is so simple to make, and sure to impress your brunch crowd!


Miss Lemonchilla - Makes one 250ml glass

• 50ml Red Elk Lemon Mixing Syrup

• 200ml Extra dry Prosecco


Method

Pour 50ml Lemon Syrup into glass and top with 200ml Prosecco. Garnish with lemon wedges.🍋

🍹TIP: To make a cucumber strip, using a vegetable peeler, make a strip of Lebanese cucumber and stick to the inside of the glass before pouring in the syrup. Slowly pour in the Prosecco so it doesn’t lift from the glass. Refreshing!
