This comforting drink is simple and quick, it's great alternative to tea or coffee in the afternoon, or enjoy a mug in the evenings to wind down before bed.
Warm Ginger Lemon - makes 275ml cup
50ml Red Elk Dry Ginger Ale Syrup
25ml Red Elk Lemon Syrup
Mix ingredients in a heatproof cup, heat in microwave for 90s - 2min until heated to desired temperature.
Alternatively, mix ingredients in saucepan and heat. Pour into a pre-heated cup. (If you are using this method, pre-heat your mug or cup, by filling it with hot water, before serving, so the Ginger Lemon won't cool off as quickly.
