SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will I recieve my order?

Orders typically ship in 2-3 business days.

Please note delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays and State holidays in Victoria.

Do I qualify for free delivery?

We offer free delivery Albury, Wodonga and surrounds customers within the 13km radius.

We are offering free delivery for orders 3 bottles or more to the following suburbs:

  • 2640 - Albury, East Albury, North Albury, South Albury, West Albury, Glenroy, Lavington, Splitters Creek, Thurgoona.

  • 2641 - Hamilton Valley, Lavington, Springdale Heights.

  • 3690 -  West Wodonga, Wodonga.

  • 3691 - Bandiana, Baranduda, Huon Creek, Ebden, Gateway Island, Lake Hume Village, Leneva, Killara, Wodonga Forward.

You can select this shipping option in the checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

Our shipping partners are very fast and orders are processed immediately once they are received. We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, combining orders, cancellations, etc.) once an order is submitted through our shop. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, shipping is only within Australia.

My order arrived damaged.

Once a package leaves our offices, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged or your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.

My order was sent to the wrong address.

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our product, all orders are non-refundable. However, if you have a particular issue with your order, please contact us.

Where can I buy other than online?

Our 'bricks and mortar' stores are pop-ups you'll find at local farmers markets in the Wodonga area. Check out Facebook or Instagram or here to see where we are this week. We also have a list of stockists all over Australia, click here to find one near you.

What's the difference between Ginger Beer and Green Ginger?

Our Green Ginger flavour is reminiscent to the zingy taste of Stone's Green Ginger Wine -- but without the alcohol. Ginger Beer is for those that prefer a bolder ginger taste.
